The best thing about this bodybuilding app is that it allows you to plan your workout for different goals, such as muscle growth, lean muscle building, or bodybuilding. The more muscle you gain on these exercises, the better your results will be. Each video shows exactly how the lift, which exercises you will perform and how long the program will last, bodybuilding women's workout plan. The only thing I didn't like about the app was the lack of an offline mode where you could save what you have done and go over the workout later.
